Hi Ruwaidah Shakir. Safe Mode is a diagnostic tool in which only the preinstalled apps are active. In itself, Safe Mode cannot 'fix' problems. Sometimes it may appear that all is well when exiting SM but that may well be the result of the necessary restart.
