Beretta introduced their new flagship waterfowl shotgun on Thursday, the AX800 Suprema, and this new shotgun has a polymer frame and takes 3 & 3.5 inch shells, are we seeing the next evolution in gas operated, auto loading shotgun technology?
The shotgun will be sitting in the R shoulder pocket when you're pulling back. Because of the length of the vertical grip, you to tend to pull the base of the grip towards you and that twists and torques the action bars, causing them to bind or drag in the receiver slots, and even on the barrel when it's really bad.
If you replace the fixed tubular magazine, magazine follower, shoulder stock, and forearm/handguard on your imported Turkish made Panzer M4 semi-auto shotgun with USA made parts; then under Federal and CA laws, it can legally have a fixed tubular magazine with a capacity of 10 or less rounds and a vertical grip.
In case you haven't seen it, the Mossberg 990 Aftershock finally hit the stores. Kind of a cool gun, a semi automatic "other", but lame California will only let us purchase the sort of pointless 18.5" barrel version, not the cool 14.75" barrel version that Americans can buy in America. My thought (and I'm just guessing) is the subject shotgun is configured for California. California requires a non-removable magazine for a semiauto shotgun. I suspect Rock Island Armory (RIA) supplied magazine retention parts without concern as to how easily the mag releases; there could even be a different magazine for states which allow detachable mags. I'd call them to determine if there ...
2. Savage/ Stevens 320 pump action shotgun. Brand new in box, never even loaded. Selling both shotguns for $650 total. For the price you can have two pretty much brand new shotguns in both semi and pump. I’m located in Napa but can meet in Solano or CoCo county as well. Thanks zz0.uto068tgi9czz

I'm a little confused on California compliant shotgun. I have a vr80. If the shotgun is featureless, gripfin, no sliding stock, no flash hider, etc. Can i eliminate the detent that doesn't allow me to drop the mag without separating the upper from the lower? Or for shotguns it's strictly no detachable mag?
The new, enhanced, Beretta 1301 Tactical now also comes with the option of a Mesa Tactical Urbino stock. I’m looking to get the new version but unsure which to target: the traditional or the pistol grip. This would be my first semi-auto shotgun. I ended up passing on a Benelli M4 because of the price and cost of upgrades.
