"I tried buying a garden tractor in the store. It was a train wreck!! No one there in "customer service" knew what they were doing, and appeared more interested in talking about their weekend. I did customer service for 33 years and not only was I treated poorly but I felt like a pain in the butt to a couple of the reps that I will not name. I came home and completed the transaction on line. It's sad that I knew more about what to do than the actual "professionals" did.....SAD I'm from Vienna, WV, not SF California. I adjusted the rating from 1 to 3 stars. Customer service in Atlanta was very helpful and the delivery rep went above and beyond in helping me."

"Ditto to one of the other reviews. All I wanted to do was call the store and find out cost and process for getting my phone scanned for viruses and couldn't reach the store for NOTHING. Called 6 or more times, some of which simply had no options to reach anyone and simply told me to call the manufacturer, then ended up w/ some cust serv sector a few of those time, where each time they gave me different extension numbers to try and told me to call back using those, but they went no where. Finally, last rep was able to give me price and tell me how to make appt. But I'd give a zero if I could for Best Buy's phone services. They absolutely stink, and since I couldn't properly reach them, I reached my phone service provider where the same service may even be cheaper, so guess what - BB lost."
