Glendale police were involved in a shooting in Phoenix on Tuesday morning. The incident occurred near 29th Avenue and McDowell Road.

Glendale Police say officers on Jan. 6 tracked a suspect wanted in connection with an aggravated assault case to an area near 29th Avenue and McDowell Road. The suspect ran from officers, and pulled out a gun, prompting officers to open fire.

The family of Dillon Siebeck filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Glendale and two officers after a fatal shooting.
