For the first time, “Rockin’ Eve” brought the Central Time countdown to viewers coast to coast. While that meant no “Countdown Chicago,” ABC7’s Terrell Brown and Cheryl Scott unveiled a new dance routine Wednesday as part of their annual tradition.
