Travel chaos is feared today across the UK due to significant snowfall.

Fresh weather warnings have been issued by the Met Office as snow and ice are expected to cause chaos in the UK over the next few days.

The Met Office warns that an area of sleet and snow is expected to move south-eastwards across parts of England and Wales, lasting approximately two or three hours in any one place.
