A garbage truck overturned on busy Interstate 59/20 in Birmingham, Monday, closing several lanes for hours. The Alabama Department of Transportation reported the wreck at 3:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-59/20 at the Tallapoosa Street exit.
